The series "Windows of War"

1.4 million people lived in Kharkiv.
It housed the largest number of universities in Ukraine, where people from dozens of different countries studied.

The picture shows the window of the Palace of Labor, architected by Hippolyte Pretro.
In the carousel I added a look "before" and "after".

It is very sad and symbolic that the house "Slovo", where the the generation of Ukrainian writers and artists of 1920s and early 1930s most known as the "Executed Renaissance" lived, also suffered from enemy shots.

Currently, the blockade of the city by the occupiers continues.
