On December 24, 2022, the Russians also carried out a massive shelling of Kherson on Christmas Eve. At least seven people were killed, 58 were injured, 18 of them in serious condition. The occupiers attacked civilian targets: a market, a shopping mall, residential buildings, administrative buildings, and the shelling was conducted primarily with Grad systems.
