The series "Windows of War"
My native and lovely Kyiv is the city where I was born, raised, and where I am now.
About 3 million people lived here.
During this time, the russian occupiers destroyed more than 100 houses in the capital. And also schools, TV tower, shopping malls.
For example, Retrovil Shopping Center, 10min from my house, was destroyed by a russian shell. 8 people died. My house was shaken by a shock wave.
On the night of March 15, a fragment of an enemy shell hit an usual living building in 5min from my house.
My picture shows one of the balconies of this house. One of the photos even shows which one.
Yesterday our defenders completely liberated the Kyiv region, and now the whole world has been shocked by the inhuman atrocities of the russian army in Irpin, Bucha, Gostomel.
I added some photos to the carousel.
I would like to add that no photo conveys all the horror you see with your own eyes.
We will never forget!
